None, prices in quotes + bookable services are all inclusive. Being mobile is simply a competitive edge for our auto shop.

What do I order if I don't know what's wrong with my car?

We offer a $55 Diagnostic where we send a qualified technician to you, and you will be informed on your car's malfunction. A quote will be given to you with no obligation.  You also get to avoid any tow fees for vehicles that won't start or aren't safe to drive.

Will you get my driveway dirty?

All technicians are equipped with protective coverings and concrete cleaner. You'll never even know we were there!

What if I'm dissatisfied with your service?

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We prove this by offering rebates equitable to the situation for all unsatisfactory jobs. It is the responsibility of our technicians to be GREAT at what they do, so if we make a mistake, it doesn't come out of your wallet.

That said, occasionally there are times where quotes have to change. Most commonly, If a tech finds an additional issue during disassembly, additional money for parts or labor may be requested. We will be transparent with costs and reasons in every scenario.

At the end of the day, it's you that keeps in business, so we will always do what is right to keep your business.
